a. To qualify for the Refer-and-Earn Program you must place and Initial order with Wireless4Cheap.com, through which you receive a unique Refer-and-Earn code.

b. There is no minimum order worth to avail the 10% discount on the order.

c. To check your rewards points table, please visit Order Status page in Wireless4Cheap.com, to note how much you have earned thru your Referrer’s friend.

d. If refund is processed in any of the transactions of the Referrer’s friend purchase, then rewards points shall be reverted back from our account accordingly.

e. When Referrer’s friend makes a purchase using the same Refer-and-Earn code provided by you, you would be receiving email stating “Your Referrer has placed order in Wireless4Cheap.com”.

f. All Earned points are quoted in Dollars and you will NOT be reimbursed in Dollars value, but in rewards. Rewards might be like of any PDA or Mobile accessories or Devices.

g. You can entitle the purchase-back of the reward points, you have to wait for 1 month and the rewards points are valid for 2 months period.

h. REMEMBER if you refer 50 referees and those 50 referees make a purchase with Wireless4Cheap.com then Referrer is entitled/ eligible for PDA Device. The PDA Device will be decided by the Wireless4Cheap.com.

i. This Program is valid for 2 months from 01-Nov-2007to 31-Dec-2007; and after that another new Program cycle would start.

j. A referrer CAN refer himself/ herself, family or household members to join Wireless4Cheap.com as a Referrer’s friend.

k. Wireless4Cheap.com reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to exclude you from the promotion and from the Wireless4Cheap.com website if it believes you have tried to benefit from this promotion by engaging in fraudulent or other activities that indicate that referrals or bets are not made in good faith but for the purpose of abusing the terms and/or spirit of the promotion. In such instance, you shall not be entitled to participate in the promotion and Wireless4Cheap.com shall not be obliged to provide a reason to you for such exclusion.

l. There is no limit to the number of friends/ dear and near ones a user can refer as long as they abide by the rules stated herein. Spamming will not be tolerated and will disqualify participants.

m. By agreeing to participate in this scheme both the Referrer and Referrer’s Friend agree to data (as to their earned Wireless4Cheap.com Reward Points) being disclosed by Wireless4Cheap.com to each other as appropriate (for the purpose of this scheme only).

n. Wireless4Cheap.com may at any time suspend or void the promotion for any reason that Wireless4Cheap.com, in its absolute discretion, thinks appropriate and any liability from Wireless4Cheap.com to you shall immediately cease upon you being informed of such action. In respect of any dispute, howsoever arising, Wireless4Cheap.com decision will be final.
